…you still have some time to prep for a good night’s sleep. here are a few to help you avoid the Sunday scaries:

✨ reduce or defuse noise in your bedroom
✨ keep your bedroom dark
✨ don’t use tv, phone or other gadgets a few hours before bedtime
✨ don’t hang out in bed
✨ drink lots of water
✨ try a pillow spray
✨ take time to wind down
✨ practice good skin care
